Your client's medical care is the foundation of their claim. ROE manages that care from intake through settlement: coordinating treatment, helping clients understand their treatment options and recommendations, keeping records complete, and making sure every injury is properly diagnosed, documented, and objectively supported. Since 2017, law firms in more than 20 states have relied on ROE as an extension of their team.
Clinical expertise led by Dr. Matthew Twombly, DPT.
With your client from the first appointment through settlement.

We schedule care with qualified providers and track every appointment, so treatment stays on course.
We review every record to make sure all complaints are documented and all diagnoses are rendered, and we identify and resolve problems early.
We spot gaps in treatment early and keep care consistent.
We recommend imaging and diagnostics that produce objective evidence of injury.
We arrange impairment ratings that put a clear, objective measure on lasting injury.
We secure future medical recommendations and cost projections, so the claim accounts for the care your client will still need.
We review the demand and exhibits to make sure the language reflects every injury, all treatment, impairment, and future medical needs.
We prepare your client for mediation and deposition, so they can clearly explain their symptoms, injuries, their treatment, and how their life has changed.
Your team gets regular case updates, and we stay with your client through settlement.
It starts with a conversation. Tell us about your case, and we'll explain our services, answer your questions, and provide everything your firm needs to make a referral. There's no risk and no obligation. If ROE is not the right fit, we will share ideas you can put to use right away.
We review any available medical records, police and incident reports, photos, damage estimates, and interview your client. . We identify every complaint, any undiagnosed or under-documented injury, pre-existing conditions, and gaps in care, and assess the problems in the claim which require immediate resolution.
We then recommend the right level of support for the case, from targeted services to full medical care coordination when your firm requests it. If we don't see an opportunity to add meaningful value, we provide our recommendations and return the case to your firm.
We build a plan to get each injury properly diagnosed and treated. That includes referrals to qualified providers, the right imaging and diagnostics, most likely to produce accurate, comprehensive objective evidence of injury, and preparing your client for medical visits, educating them about their treatment recommendations and care options, so they fully understand what is being recommended and how it may benefit them. We also assist in selecting and coordinating experts, ensuring critical arguments are addressed.
When your firm chooses full case management, we track appointments, progress, and records as treatment continues, keep your client engaged in their care, and send your team regular updates. Problems are caught early instead of discovered during the demand and negotiation process.
As treatment matures, we secure future medical recommendations and cost projections, impairment ratings, support for lost earning capacity and economic damages, and clinical support for causation and apportionment. We then review the demand and exhibits so every injury and loss is reflected, and provide claim valuation expectations and negotiation arguments.
We stay involved through settlement, so nothing falls through the cracks at the finish line. When your firm requests it, we also prepare your client for mediation and deposition and conduct informant interviews with family, friends, and coworkers about how your client's life has been altered by their injuries, symptoms, and impairments.

As early as possible. The first weeks after an injury are when documentation matters most. But we can add value at any point in the claim, and once litigation begins, ideally before discovery closes.
